Do you need to change or reset your AUDD Digital Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method? You can reset your 2FA by following these easy steps. This is useful if you are switching phones, changing your security settings, or just want to use a different method.
Resetting your 2FA
Step 1: Access your Account Settings
Once you're logged into your AUDD Digital account, look for the 'Settings'. You can find this in the menu bar on the left hand side. In the settings menu, you will find various options. Click on 'Security' to proceed to security-related settings.
Step 2: Access your Two-Factor Authentication Settings
Within the security menu, find and click on 'Two-factor authentication'. This will take you to the 2FA settings. Click Turn Off to open up the page.
Step 3: Input 2FA Code
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, and click Turn Off right next to it to confirm. Congrats, you have done the first part of the reset process.
Step 4: Reset your 2FA
Now, turn on your 2FA to complete the second part of the reset.
Click Set Up and enter the 6-digits on your phone.
Click Verify to complete the reset.

Tip: A confirmation message will appear at the top-right of your screen when your 2FA has been successfully enabled (or successfully disabled)
