The Mass Send feature on AUDD Digital is a powerful tool designed to streamline your transactions, allowing you to send AUDD to multiple recipients simultaneously. Whether you're managing payroll, disbursing rewards, or conducting any large-scale transactions, the Mass Send feature simplifies the process, saving you time and effort. This guide will walk you through how to use this feature effectively.

Step 1: Create a CSV File

Your first step is to prepare a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file containing the details of the transactions you wish to initiate. The CSV file should include the necessary information, such as the recipient's email or mobile number and the amount of AUDD to be sent. For detailed instructions on how to format your CSV file correctly, please refer to our comprehensive guide here.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Wallet

Log in to your AUDD Digital account and access your wallet. Once you're in, look for the 'Mass Send' button located in the right-hand menu of your wallet. Clicking this button will take you to the Mass Send feature, where you can begin the process of sending AUDD to multiple recipients.

Pro Tip: For Business users, AUDD will be debited from your 'General' wallet by default - even if you have another wallet selected. You can specify a different wallet to send from by including this in your CSV file.

Step 3: Upload Your CSV File

With your CSV file prepared and formatted according to our guide, it's time to upload it to the Mass Send feature. Click on the 'Upload' button, select your CSV file, and then hit 'Submit'. Our system will then start processing the information contained in your CSV file.

Step 4: Monitor the Progress Screen

After submitting your CSV file, you'll be directed to the progress screen. This screen provides a real-time update on how many transactions have been identified from your CSV file, which ones have been processed, and which are currently processing. It's a useful way to track the progress of your mass transaction.

Step 5: Success or Error Screen

Upon completion of the process, you'll encounter one of two screens: the Success screen or the Error screen. The Success screen indicates that all transactions have been processed successfully. Conversely, the Error screen will display if some transactions couldn't be processed, detailing which transactions had issues and providing reasons—common reasons include incorrect entry of a recipient's email or mobile number.

Reviewing Your Transactions

To review the transactions you've made using the Mass Send feature, simply check the transaction history for your wallet. Transactions sent to recipients who do not have an AUDD Digital wallet will be marked as 'pending'. These transactions will automatically update to 'completed' once the recipient registers with AUDD Digital, ensuring the AUDD is credited to their wallet.

The Mass Send feature is designed to make your transactions as efficient and hassle-free as possible. By following these steps, you can ensure your bulk transactions are conducted smoothly, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
