Region specific content not displaying correctly
What to do if content is not displaying correctly.

We are aware of a bug that causes users to see certain fields labelled incorrectly, or instructions not displaying properly (such as certain onboarding questions being phrased with more global terminology, or being requested for an IBAN instead of your PayID in your bank account details).
While our team works hard to resolve this, please see the troubleshooting guide below to help resolve the problem:
- Go to your account settings (located on your account menu)
- Go to 'Preferences'
- Select 'Language'
- Click on English. You will know the setting has been applied when the text colour changes from black to a bold purple
