How to Send AUDD to your External Wallet

Navigating the digital currency landscape can sometimes be a little overwhelming, especially if you're new to it. Don't worry; we're here to guide you through the process of sending your AUDD to an external wallet! 

In order to send AUDD to another wallet address, you first need to have an AUDD balance for amount you wish to send. Don't have any AUDD yet? Check out our tutorial here on how to get some!

Sending AUDD will vary depending on the Blockchain you are using. Refer to the sections below on how to send AUDD on Stellar, Ethereum, or on the XRP Ledger.

Step 1: Locate your account 

Click the 'accounts' button from the main menu.

Step 2: Choose your stAUDD wallet

Find and select your stAUDD wallet from the list.

Step 3: Initiate sending

Click the 'send' button within the wallet menu.

Step 4: Enter details

Fill in the amount you wish to send and the wallet address you want to send your AUDD to. Some transactions might require a memo; if yours doesn't, simply check the 'no memo required for this transaction' box. If you wish, you can also add an internal note to your transaction in the 'notes' section. Remember, this note won't appear on the blockchain but only in the transaction history of your AUDD Digital account.

Step 5: Final check

Review the details you've entered on the confirmation screen. Once you're certain everything is correct, hit 'send'. Your AUDD will be sent instantly!

Tip: You can send stAUDD to your friends or family, even if they don't have a Stellar wallet or AUDD Digital account! Enter an email or mobile phone number instead of a wallet address, and we'll send a notification to the recipient so they can claim their payment!

Step 1: Locate your account

Step 2: Choose your ethAUDD wallet 

Select your ethAUDD wallet from the list.

Step 3: Start the withdrawal process 

Click the 'withdraw' button from the wallet menu.

Step 4: Add your Ethereum wallet (if it's your first time) 

Click 'add new account' under the 'withdraw to' section. Follow this up by clicking the 'add crypto account' button. Assign a nickname to your wallet for easy recognition (this stays private) and then provide your Ethereum wallet address. After saving, you'll be redirected back.

Step 5: Amount and Fees

Input the amount you desire to withdraw. Remember, Ethereum withdrawals have a 5 ethAUDD fee. For instance, if you're withdrawing 25 ethAUDD, you should have at least 30 ethAUDD in your account balance to cover the fee.

Step 6: Confirm and Send 

Always double-check the details on the confirmation screen. Once everything looks right, confirm, and your withdrawal request will be set in motion.

Please be aware that Ethereum withdrawals operate differently than Stellar ones. They aren't immediate and require our team's manual verification. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. However, during busy times or holidays, delays might occur. Thank you for understanding.

Tip: Always double check your wallet address when withdrawing - blockchain transactions are irreversible which means sending to the wrong address could result in losing your AUDD forever!

Select your xrpAUDD wallet from the list.

Step 3: Initiate the withdrawal

Click on the 'withdraw' button within the wallet menu.

Step 4: Add your XRP Ledger wallet (if it's your first time)

Click 'add new account' in the 'withdraw to' section, followed by the 'add crypto account' button. Give a nickname to your wallet for easy identification (this remains private to you) and input your XRP Ledger wallet address. After saving, you'll return to the previous screen.

Step 5: Enter Amount

Enter the amount you wish to send and then hit 'withdraw'.

Step 6: Confirm and Send 

As always, review all details on the confirmation screen. Once you're satisfied, confirm the transaction.

Just like Ethereum, XRP Ledger withdrawals function differently from Stellar. They're not processed instantly but need manual checking by our team. While we usually manage to process within 24 hours, we ask for your patience during high-demand periods and holidays.
