In today's digital age, keeping your contact information updated is more important than ever, especially when it pertains to your financial accounts. This guide will help you navigate the process of adding, updating, and removing mobile numbers from your AUDD Digital account.


Finding Your Linked Mobile Numbers

To view the mobile numbers linked to your account, select the Basic Info button from the left-hand menu. Then, click on Mobiles under the Profile Settings menu to see all associated mobile numbers.

Adding a New Mobile Number

  1. Add New Number: Click the Add New button to begin adding a new mobile number.
  2. Enter Mobile Number: Input your new mobile number, including the country code, and click Update.
  3. Verification Process: You'll receive a code via SMS on the new number. Enter this code into the OTP field on the verification screen and click Next. Remember, codes are valid for only 10 minutes.
  4. Success or Error: If the code is correct, a success screen will confirm the addition of your new number. If the code is incorrect or has expired, you’ll see a red error banner. You can request a new code by clicking Resend.

Pro Tip: If you're unable to verify immediately, select Verify Later. This action will mark the number with a red error icon, indicating it’s not yet verified. You can complete the verification at any time by clicking this icon.

Updating and Deleting Mobile Numbers

  1. Primary Mobile Number: The primary mobile number, marked with a star icon, is essential for receiving critical updates and notifications.
  2. Updating Primary Mobile: To change your primary mobile number, you must contact our support team at [email protected]. This safeguard ensures the security of your account.
  3. Deleting Mobile Numbers: Non-primary mobile numbers can be deleted by hovering over the number and clicking the bin icon, followed by confirming your action in the prompt.

Pro Tip: Primary mobile numbers cannot be removed until a new primary number is assigned. This policy is in place to ensure uninterrupted access and updates regarding your account.
