Do you want to change or reset your AUDD Digital Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method? You can reset your 2FA by following these easy steps. This is useful if you are switching phones, changing your security settings, or just want to use a different method.
Resetting your 2FA
Step 1: Access your Account Settings
Step 2: Access your Two-Factor Authentication Settings
Step 3: Set up your New 2FA
After disabling, the page will refresh, presenting you with options to set up a new 2FA method. You can choose between:
- SMS-based 2FA: Receive your 2FA codes via text message.
- Token (app) 2FA: Use an authentication app to generate your 2FA codes.
Tip: A confirmation message in a green pop up will appear at the top of your screen when your 2FA has been successfully disabled (or successfully enabled)
Unable to Log In?
If you're unable to access your account to reset your 2FA, don't worry. You can still get this resolved by contacting our support team. Here's what to do:
- Send an Email: Compose an email to [email protected].
- Subject Line: Ensure your subject line reads "2FA reset request". This helps us to quickly identify and prioritise your request.
