How to Reset Your Password on AUDD Digital New Platform

Follow these simple steps to regain access to your account and ensure your digital security is intact.
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Screen
Begin by visiting the AUDD Digital login page at https://get.audd.digital This is your first step towards regaining access to your account.
Below the login fields on the login screen, you'll find a link labelled ‘Forgot your password?’ Click this link to start the password reset process.
You'll be prompted to enter the email address linked to your AUDD Digital account. After entering your email, click the ‘Send code’ button. This action will trigger our system to send a 6-digit reset code to your email.
Open your email inbox and look for a message from AUDD Digital containing a 6-digit code. If you can't find the email, make sure to check your spam folder. Ensure the email address entered is correct if you're still unable to find the password reset email.
Step 5: Enter and Confirm Your New Password
On the password reset screen, you will see three fields: Reset Code, New Password and Confirm Password. Copy and enter your code from your email, and enter your new desired password in both fields to ensure they match. Remember, for security reasons, it's important that your new password be strong and unique.
After ensuring your new passwords match, click the ‘Reset Password’ button. A confirmation message of Password Successfully Set will appear if the process is completed successfully.
Finally, click the Back to Sign In link to be redirected to the main landing page of the AUDD Digital platform. You can now log in using your new password.

Note: Reset password won’t work if you sign in using Google as you don’t have one. Please login in using SSO.
