Understanding the Verification Process
The verification process on AUDD Digital is a crucial step in securing and legitimising your company's presence in the digital currency market. It involves two main components:
- Verifying the Company
- Appointing and Verifying the business user, it must at least include the business director, optional to add one or more shareholders or ultimate beneficial owners.
Pre-requisites
Corporate verification is completed in two stages: Basic Verification and Advanced Verification. Most businesses can begin using AUDD digital after successfully completing basic verification.

Basic Verification Requirements
- Company details (company name, registration number)
- Company documents (registration certificate, shareholder structure)
- Mobile verification
- ID verification of any officeholders, shareholders, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
- Company Profile Confirmation (details of your proposed usage)
Advanced Verification Requirements
- Proof of Company Address
- Source of Funds
- Advanced Company Profile Confirmation (additional details of your proposed usage)
NOTE: Advanced verification is only required if you intend on transacting or trading large amounts, or if we were unable to verify your company during the basic verification process.
Step 1: Login AUDD digital
Login your account in the new platform, if you have not created an account, proceed here to create a new account.
Step 2: Initiate Verification
Click the ‘COMPLETE VERIFICATION’ button after login. Otherwise you can navigate to Settings and click ‘Verification’ to initiate the flow.
Step 3: Choose Account Type
Click the ‘Select’ button under 'Corporate’ the screen to proceed.
Step 4: Complete the Verification
After selecting your account type, you'll be redirected to the secure Sumsub(a trusted identity verification provider) verification portal.
You can complete the process on your current device or choose Use Your Phone to continue on a mobile device.
Follow the instructions and start to verify your account. The process will be completed within a few minutes.

Step 5: Review Your File
Take a moment to review all of the details you have entered before submitting any information or documentation. Ensure that all information is correct and that the documents you upload are clear and legible. This step is crucial to avoid any delays in the verification process due to errors or missing information.
When you proceed to the next section, any information or documents you supply are automatically saved. If you made a mistake or need to provide more information, simply return to click the re-submit button in initial the KYC process again.

Step 6: Success! You are Verified!
The verification process may take some time as our team thoroughly reviews your submitted documents and information. Depending on the nature or complexity of the company's offering or structure, the length of this process can vary. Please allow at least 3 business days for verification to complete. Companies with more advanced products or services, or with more complex ownership, may require up to two weeks to be fully approved.
Once the verification process is complete, you will be notified via email. This email will notify you whether your application has been approved or if additional information is required. Following successful verification, you will have access to all of the features available for your account. This includes increased transaction limits and other features unique to your verification level.
