To access trading features on the new AUDD Digital platform , you will need to verify your identity. Personal verification helps us confirm who you are, keep your account secure, and meet our regulatory and compliance obligations.
Individual verification is split into two parts - basic and advanced verification. Most users can begin using AUDD digital after successfully completing basic verification.
Verification Level Requirements
Before starting the verification, we recommend preparing the following documents and information listed below to help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Basic
- Basic Information (name, address, date of birth)
- Mobile verification
- ID verification
- Customer Profile Confirmation (details of your proposed usage)
Advanced
- Proof of Address
- Source of Funds
- Advanced Customer Profile Confirmation (additional details of your proposed usage)
NOTE: Advanced verification is only required if you intend on transacting or trading large amounts, or if we were unable to verify your profile during the basic verification process.
