How to Verify Your New AUDD Individual Account

As part of our upgraded platform and compliance requirements, all existing users must complete identity verification through our new verification provider.

Step 1: Login AUDD digital New Platform
Login your account in the new platform, if you have not created an account, proceed here to create a new account.
Step 2: Initiate Verification
Click the ‘COMPLETE VERIFICATION’ button after login. Or you can navigate to Settings and click ‘Verification’ to initiate the flow.
Step 3: Choose Account Type
Click the ‘Select’ button under 'Individual’ the screen to proceed.

Step 4: Complete the Verification
After selecting your account type, you'll be redirected to the secure Sumsub(a trusted identity verification provider) verification portal.
You can complete the process on your current device or choose Use Your Phone to continue on a mobile device.
Follow the instructions and start to verify your account. The process will be completed within a few minutes.

Tip: Poor lighting and blurry document images are the most common reasons for verification delays. Make sure all details are clearly visible before submitting.
Step 5: Success! You are Verified!
Please allow up to 3 business days for verification to complete. Once your verification passes, you will receive an email to notify your status, and your account will be updated as ‘Verified’, which you can check through settings.
