E-mail verification is required to adequately secure your account and provide us with a verified method of contact when providing account support.


Click the verification link sent to the email address you provided when signing up to verify your email. The 'from' email will be [email protected] to confirm the email is genuine.


Depending on your email provider, verification emails are usually received within 15 minutes. If you have not received your verification email, try some of the suggestions below:


  • Check your email 'categories' or 'labels' (the naming convention may vary depending on the provider you use), as it may have been reallocated due to your email provider's filter settings.
  • Check your 'spam' folder (make sure you mark the email as 'not spam' with your provider to avoid missing important email notifications about your AUDD Digital account).
  • Search your email for [email protected] to ensure it was not accidentally archived.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team at [email protected] using the email address you are attempting to verify.
