The AUDD Digital team would like to wish all of our users a safe and happy Easter break!
While we enter into the festive period, a quick reminder that payments made via bank transfer (deposits and withdrawals) will be delayed due to observation of non-business days (such as weekends and public holidays) during the 1-2 business day processing period. To avoid any confusion, please see the table below:

AUDD transactions (deposits, withdrawals, purchases and sales) will continue to be processed unaffected, as per normal.
Our support team will be available over the break to assist with any emergency enquiries pertaining to your AUDD Digital account. General support enquiries will be answered on the next business day. Onboarding submissions (such as ID and business verification requests) will also be reviewed on the next business day. While we endeavor to uphold an efficient and responsive support team to assist our users, we appreciate your patience during the holiday period where a delay in response may be experienced.
