At AUDD Digital, protecting your account is our priority. The Anti-Phishing feature provides an additional layer of security by helping you verify that important account notifications genuinely come from AUDD Digital.
When enabled, your personalised anti-phishing code will appear in security-related emails and notifications sent from your account. This allows you to quickly confirm that the communication is authentic and not a phishing attempt.

How Does it Work

Once Anti-Phishing is enabled, you create an unique anti-phishing code that only you know and the code is securely stored and associated with your account. Whenever AUDD Digital sends you an important security notification or account-related email, your personalised code will be included. Before acting on the notification, simply check that the code matches the one you created. If the code is missing or incorrect, do NOT click any links or provide any information, as the message may not be genuine.
This helps protect you from phishing attacks by making it easier to identify authentic communications from AUDD Digital.

Steps for enabling the anti-phishing

Pre-requisites
To use Anti-Phishing, you must have an active AUDD Digital account with the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account. Click here to learn steps to enable 2FA.
