Verifying your mobile number is a crucial step in securing and setting up your AUDD Digital account. Whether you're completing the onboarding process or adding an additional mobile number, verification ensures that your account is protected and able to receive important updates and notifications. Follow this step-by-step guide to verify your mobile number smoothly.


Step 1: Enter Your Mobile Number

During the onboarding process or when adding a new mobile number to your account, you'll be prompted to enter your mobile number. Remember to include the country code. For example, if you're in Australia, you'll start with +61 followed by your mobile number.

Step 2: Request a Verification Code

After entering your mobile number, our system will send a verification code via SMS to the number provided. This is why it's essential to ensure that the number you've entered is correct and can receive SMS messages.

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

Once you receive the SMS, you'll find a code that needs to be entered into the OTP (One Time Password) field on the verification screen. Proceed by clicking Next.


It's important to enter this code as soon as you receive it since the codes are only valid for 10 minutes. If you enter the code within this timeframe and it's correct, a success screen will appear, and the new number will be added to your account's list of mobile numbers.

Pro Tip: Verifying a mobile number is mandatory during the onboarding process. Skipping this step is not an option, as having a verified mobile number linked to your account is essential for both security purposes and the full functionality of your AUDD Digital account.

Addressing Errors

If the code entered is incorrect, a red error banner will appear at the top of your screen. Double-check the code you've received and enter it again carefully. Should the code have expired, you can request a new one by clicking the Resend button.


In case you did not receive the SMS, first ensure the mobile number was entered correctly, including the correct country code and number, without any typographical errors. If everything looks correct, click Resend to receive a new verification code.
